The Services We Provide

Practical & Foolproof Legal Solutions

The STARS Program

Nationally recognized Case management for parents involved with Child Protective Services (CPS) and one of the following Sacramento County Courts:

  • DDC – Dependency Drug Court
  • EIFDC – Early Intervention Drug Court


Bridges Recovery Specialists (Case Managers) assist participants in meeting court mandates includes:

  • Placement in alcohol and drug services
  • Alcohol and drug testing
  • Ongoing encouragement to build positive support in the community


Bridges DUI Program

Locations in both in both South Sacramento and Galt which are located just off Highway 99. Both locations offer bi-lingual services in both English and Spanish. Each program is licensed by the State of California for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drug convictions.

Full range of offender programs:

  • Wet and Reckless
  • 3, 6, and 9 month First Offenders
  • 12 and 18 month Multiple Offenders

Outpatient Treatment

  • Intensive and non-intensive services for both men and women certified by the State of California. A variety of service times to accommodate various schedules. A comprehensive range of evidence-based, culturally sensitive services including:
  • Relapse Prevention
  • Twelve weeks CPS Certified Parenting
  • Gender specific trauma services
  • Life Skills
  • Individual Counseling

Drug Diversion PC1000

Court approved PC-1000 Program is focused on increasing participants’ understanding of the negative impacts associated with the abuse of drugs. We are working to encourage participants to explore alternative lifestyles and continue their abstinence and recovery from drugs. Program consists of two to three phases.

Celebrating Families

Nationally recognized program for families participating in The STARS Program. Services are age-appropriate and utilize a cognitive behavioral approach for the entire family, including:

  • Educational Groups
  • Skill building
  • Structured family activities
  • Lunch provided

Men’s Sober Living

Two attractive homes located in Mid-town Sacramento. Close to public transportation and offer:

  • Supportive, recovery focused environment
  • Testing services
  • Encouragement to work or attend school
  • Assistance to community support resources
  • On-site monitoring

Women and Children Sober living

Two attractive homes located in Sacramento area. Women are allowed to have two children under age 12. Close to public transportation and offer:

  • On-site monitoring
  • Random drug screening
  • Weekly life skills groups
  • Recovery-based, kid friendly environment
  • Co-op child care
  • On-site playground
  • Individual counseling services focused on transitional planning for employment, education, and permanent housing

Promise House Sober Living for Women

Two attractive homes located in Mid-town Sacramento. Close to public transportation and offer:

  • Supportive, recovery focused environment
  • Testing services
  • Encouragement to work or attend school
  • On-site monitoring

Residential and Detox

Currently Bridges is not providing residential and detox services. We are partnered with ______ who can provide these services.
