Program Sessions/Court
The EIJDDC program is a safe and
supportive environment.
Each week, participants attend 2
STARS group sessions.
Participants attend court 1-2 times
per month.
· Probation
Orders and Directives
Participants are expected to abide by
all conditions of probation which may include paying their
restitution; attending and completing counseling; obeying all laws
and reasonable directives of
their parents, school officials, and
the Probation Officer;
submitting to drug tests and
attending school regularly.
This is not an inclusive list of
probation conditions, so
participants should contact their
Probation Officer for
more information.
· Substance
Abuse Treatment
Each week participants will attend a
1-on-1 treatment
session, 2 group treatment sessions.
All treatment sessions will
take place at Another Choice/Another
Chance.
· Urinalysis
(UA) Testing
Participants are expected to submit
to random observed drug testing as directed by Probation Officer and
by STARS.
